The Registration Process and our Value on Customer Service

Today I called to order some flowers for a friend who is having a birthday. I love that the florist on the other end of the phone waiting to help me had a nice, friendly personality. Sure, I could have googled “flowers” and found an online company – but it’s just not the same.

We want this same type of service in our Service Center. It’s nice to have someone on the other end of the line to talk to.

We think our registration process here at YouthWorks is pretty straightforward. Even so, you might have a ton of questions about your next mission trip with us. Especially if you’ve never taken a YouthWorks trip.

Recruiting Our Team

Last year our Marketing Team spent time updating the registration process so you can go online and register for your next trip without calling us. Of course, if you still want to talk to someone, we’re ready to take your call.

So what is the registration process anyways?

Our first recommendation is that you spend some time on our website reading about all of our different options and find a site and week that works for your group. If you aren’t sure how to choose a site, read this post by Ryan to help.

Once you’ve decided, you have two options: 1) register online or 2) call the Service Center and have someone help you.

After you complete your registration, you will be assigned a service rep. This person will walk with you until your trip starts in the summer. They will remind you of upcoming deadlines and point you toward all the resources we have available to help you prepare for your trip.
