It’s Not Too Late to Make a Trip Happen This Summer!

You want to take your students on a mission trip this summer but it’s only months away. Just the thought of the details is overwhelming and you think, “How can I pull this off?” Don’t worry. It’s not too late. We can come alongside and guide you to a successful 2020 mission trip experience that will expose your students to the bigger story of the Gospel. There’s still a lot to do but here are 3 things you can do right now:

1. SHARE STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION TO REMIND STUDENTS & ADULTS WHY MISSION TRIPS MATTER

Think back to the last mission trip you or your students were on. Where did you see God? Did you learn or grow? How did your life change through it all?

Those are the stories to share with your students, adults, and any leadership of your church who you still need to win over. Stories of transformation remind us why we do the hard things in ministry, and mission trips can be hard for sure. But through the tough stuff, mission trips disciple your students into a deeper relationship with God and expose them to opportunities of experiencing the Gospel in a real way. They help shape your students’ understanding of what it’s like to become more like Jesus. Use your transformation stories to remind them of all that God is going to do as they step out of their comfort zone.

2. PICK A LOCATION THAT WILL CHALLENGE YOUR STUDENTS

For 26 years we’ve fostered health relationships with communities across the U.S. in order to provide a variety of service experiences in more than 45 communities. As the summer approaches and spots continue to fill, there is still enough trip options for you to find a great trip location. What types of service would you like your students to participate in? How far are you willing to travel?

There are lots of options and we can make this part easy on you. Call one of our Trip Consultants. We have a team with decades of experience that will guide you to the ideal destination for your group. They know all the right questions to quickly identify your needs and make your decision easy.
