Demo Back Home

Screen Shot 2014-08-14 at 11.07.43 AMThis summer, teenagers from across the country spent a week hearing about how Jesus set the example for how to live well and honor God. Jesus was the ultimate demonstration of service, humility, sacrifice and compassion.

We invite you to extend the impact and value of your YouthWorks trip by bringing the DEMO: LIVE LIKE JESUS theme into your Sunday school, youth group, Bible study or one-on-one settings. Whether the theme is review for those who attended a YouthWorks trip or brand new for those who didn’t, we hope the conversations they have around these ideas will help students think more fully about how they can live like Jesus in their everyday lives.

Click below to download a resource that will remind you of some of the key Scripture passages, ideas and questions we used on YouthWorks sites this summer. Our intent with this guide is to provide a starting point for you to further develop and fit to your own ministry context and audience. Because we know that your context for ministry is different than the next youth leader’s, we’ve given you the broad strokes of this summer’s theme. How you shape it is up to you!

We hope this content helps you walk with students as they seek to live like Jesus back home.
