A New Day for the YouthWorks Blog
Hello blog readers.
The past year has come with a fair amount of exciting changes and “freshening up” here at YouthWorks. Not only did we unveil a new logo, we also introduced a brand spankin new website and a pretty neat branding report.
We are excited to now share with you how our blog will look like moving forward. Over the course of the past few years we have tried some different ways to engage with you all via social media and blogs. Like many ministries, we’re working to keep up with your busy lives and give you the best resources in the most effective way possible. Our hope is you find this blog both resourceful and worth coming back to again and again.
With that said, here is what you can expect from our new blog format.
- Multiple Regions… One Blog
We’re going to do our best to provide you with a wide variety of information, all stream lined and organized here on this blog. Instead of having separate regional blogs, all of the regions will be giving regular updates here. This way you can keep track of all your favorite regions, right here in one place.
- A Diversity of Voices
We’re really excited about this one… you should be too. There are a lot of people that we work with every day and we honestly wish that you would get to work with them every day too! Each month we will be featuring voices from people that work all over our office. Not just one. We also hope you get to hear from some of our friends in ministry that don’t work at YouthWorks.
- Resources
YouthWorks just celebrated it’s 20th birthday. We’ve been at this for over two decades! In that time we’ve learned a bit about youth ministry, missions, leadership, programming, children’s ministry, family ministry and how to feed 70 people. If you’re interested in any of these topics, this blog will be full of resources and tips that will be interesting to you.
We’re excited about our new blog and hope you will hop on board with us. Put the blog in your reader and share it with your friends when you find something helpful. Hopefully you’ll find what we’re doing here to be inspirational, thoughtful and helpful.
