Overview
With much of the relief and recovery work from Hurricane Katrina complete in New Orleans, we’ve turned our attention to caring for the people of the city. Our desire is to bring hope and restoration to their everyday lives. A big part of this includes partnering with local churches, children’s programming and partnering with local social service organizations. In the evenings, your group could experience New Orleans’ culture, history and people as you explore the French Quarter. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2001.

Partner with local organizations to meet ongoing needs in the community.
Students may serve all or part of the week helping at a food pantry, working at a clothing distribution center, or assisting with children's programming.
May need $20 per vehicle for parking if you choose to visit the French Quarter.
