Learn about rural Appalachia by completing small repair projects and relational ministry with youth and elderly populations.

Overview

Your group will come alongside local churches and non-profit organizations to serve through food distribution, children’s programs, minor home repair, painting and yard work projects. Evening activities will offer a glimpse into the unique culture, and faith traditions of the area through a local church service and a trip to enjoy the beauty of the mountains at Chief Logan State Park. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2002.
