TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • A hiring bonus of up to $500 will be added to the ministry stipend. This hiring bonus will be split into paychecks over the summer (June 15th, June 30th, July 14th, July 31st, August 15th, 2023). 
  • A $500 finisher bonus will paid to staff who complete their summer. The finisher bonus will be paid on the last paycheck of the summer, August 15, 2023. 
  • Base stipend for Summer 2023 remains $3,000 for Site Coordinators and $4,500 for Site Directors
  • YouthWorks reserves the right to amend or change the bonus structure at any time.
