Mission Trip Registration

For Summer 2025 Trips!

How to register for a Pre-Packaged trip:

1. Visit the Find a Mission Trip page.  Use the filters to find a trip that fits your groups specific needs.  On the community page select the week that works for you!
2. If you are a returning organization, log in and go through the registration process.
3. If you are new to YouthWorks, please go ahead and setup an account with us and go through the registration process.

After you register:

1. We will email you a contract after you register.
2. Pay your deposit amount.
3. Mark due dates on your calendar.
4. Get started on the Trip Checklist.

 

How to register for a Custom trip:

1. Set up a 30-45 minute Discovery call so we can hear about the vision of your trip, and talk through locations, dates and other necessary details.
2. We’ll plan with our partners to build your custom trip details including location, dates, projects and price.
3. Once confirmed, you’ll pay your registration fee and be assigned your designated Custom Trip Specialist.
