Our Team

Recruiting Team

Our recruiting team works diligently to recruit, interview and hire hundreds summer staff. They are looking for the best of the best to serve in communities throughout the summer. Once individuals are hired this team prayerfully considers which communities to place people in for the summer and creates staff teams based on people’s strengths, talents and positions.

Trip Consultant Team

Trip Consultants are the first stop for anyone interested in our mission trip options. They’ll learn about your group and your vision for incorporating a mission trip into the year-long discipleship of your students. Then, they’ll help you find the right community and experience for your mission trip. These personalized conversations are a key part of how we work to pair the unique aspects of your students with a truly impactful and respectful service experience.

Mission Team

The Mission Team works throughout the year to develop, maintain and grow relationships in our communities, trip leaders and churches. Logistically they handle the setup of our housing, service day and evening activities; however, it is our community partners that provide us the direction we need in order to help churches serve effectively. The mission team also helps bridge the gap between communities and churches. They walk alongside each church group after registration through to the completion of your trip, sharing about each community, listening, answering questions and helping to prepare you well for your mission trip.

Training & Programming

The name tags, meals, devotion journals, evening programming and everything else that happens as a part of the YouthWorks program is managed by this team. As the program is developed they then create, write and facilitate the training for our hundreds of summer staff so the program can be lived out in each of our YouthWorks communities.

Leadership

We are grateful for YouthWorks’ strong leadership in each department. Our Directors work together to develop staff, create materials, set up mission sites, and invite others into the story of what God is doing through YouthWorks.
