Overview

Your group will come alongside organizations addressing social injustices in the Wilmington area through service opportunities such as home repair projects, supporting those experiencing homelessness, and partnering with local organizations committed to hope and restoration. Throughout the trip, you’ll experience Wilmington by exploring the riverfront boardwalk, touring the Battleship North Carolina, or spending an evening at the beach. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2019.

Drive times may be up to 45 minutes to some service sites as we partner with several counties in the Wilmington region.

Groups will need to plan for an additional $10-$15 per person for Community Activities in Wilmington.

All participants are required to bring a photo ID to access the shower site.
