Residents hail from every corner of the globe including 44% of Hispanic or Latino origin. As the 4th largest city in America, it’s known for its arts scene, world-class museums, thriving culinary landscape, and leadership in industries like energy, medicine, and aerospace. Its neighborhoods reflect a blend of cultures, traditions, and histories that have shaped the city into a dynamic hub where global and local meet every day. 

As a major entry point for newcomers to the U.S., Houston is home to a large and growing immigrant population. Many of Houston’s international resident’s came from countries with little to no Christian churches present.
