Overview
In Detroit, your group will support local ministries through your service. You’ll meet practical needs at organizations and ministries supporting those experiencing housing or food insecurity, serving local kids and participating in the beautification of the city through urban gardening and cleanup efforts. Learn more about Detroit’s vibrant past and present by visiting the Motown Museum, Belle Isle Park and the Detroit Historical Museum. YouthWorks has partnered with this community since 2016.
