Overview

Your group will be able to serve alongside those doing long-term disaster relief work in the Wilmington area. Service may include home repair projects, serving those experiencing homelessness, and partnering with several other local service organizations who are trying to bring hope and restoration to the people in the community. In the evenings, you could explore Wilmington’s scenic boardwalk with endless views of the riverfront, tour the famous Battleship North Carolina, and enjoy an evening on the beach. YouthWorks has been serving in this community since 2019.

Groups may need to plan for an additional $5-$10 per vehicle to cover the cost of parking for evening activities
