Summer Staff Open Positions

YouthWorks Summer 2026 is almost here!

We are still receiving applications, interviewing, and hiring. If you have anybody in mind you think might want to join our team, send them to our application page!

Community Host Coordinators coordinate daily service activities and see students impacted as they experience Christ through service. 

All of our placed Coordinator positions have been filled, but we are still hiring Utility Coordinators. Utility Coordinators may begin the summer temporarily assigned to a specific community, however, at any point during the summer, Utility may be permanently placed with a team to fill any open position.

Candidates must be available to be out in the field at one of our communities from May 21, 2026 – August 5, 2026.

Community Host Managers oversee site operations, provide leadership for Adult Leaders, and supervise a Community Host Coordinator. 

The locations listed below have the Community Host Manager position open. Candidates must be willing to relocate to this community from May 21, 2026 – August 5, 2026.

  • Lake Traverse Reservation, SD
  • Savannah, GA
We are also hiring Utility Managers. Utility Managers may begin the summer temporarily assigned to a specific community, however, at any point during the summer, Utility may be permanently placed with a team to fill any open position.
