Dave Berg

Director of Operations

Serving in his current role since 2011, Dave has been with YouthWorks ever since his first summer on staff in Bayou La Batre in 2003. A math major in college, Dave still generally prefers spreadsheets to PowerPoint. Husband to Lea and Daddy to Hawkin and Freya, Dave keeps busy playing baseball or constructing forts with the little ones, and can also be found scheming about keeping bees, riding his bike or planning his next trip “up north.”

Jacob Eckeberger

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jacob’s favorite humans are middle schoolers and the youth workers who care for them. He’s been equipping youth workers through interdenominational organizations for over 15-years, and was drawn to the YouthWorks team because of their shared passion for developing teenagers and supporting the youth workers surrounding them. Outside of YouthWorks, He and his wife Katie stay busy as itinerate worship leaders, and wrangling their 3-year old son/dinosaur Owen.
